His journey

A passionate baker from a very young age, trained in Paris and having worked in Christophe Michalak’s kitchens, Romain has travelled the world – from Dubai to Chicago – to perfect his craft.

With over 20 years’ experience, he now runs his own consultancy firm and puts his talent at the service of bakers around the world.
