From March 16 to 18, 2025, PROVA Gourmet had the great honor of participating in the World Congress of Maîtres Cuisiniers de France in Deauville — a prestigious international event celebrating the excellence of French gastronomy.

Our Pastry Chef Tristan Rousselot had the honor of leading an exclusive masterclass at Ferrandi Paris. It was a wonderful opportunity for him to share his passion and expertise with the students, while answering their many questions about pastry techniques and specificities.
