His journey

A passionate baker from a very young age, trained in Paris and having worked in Christophe Michalak’s kitchens, Romain has travelled the world, from Dubai to Chicago, to perfect his craft.

With over 20 years’ experience, he now runs his own consultancy firm and puts his talent at the service of bakers around the world.
