SIGEP World 2026 in Rimini once again confirmed its status as an essential event for pastry, ice cream, and chocolate professionals.
During these few days dedicated to creativity and collaboration, we had the pleasure of experiencing some truly memorable moments, surrounded by passionate partners, distributors, and artisans from around the world.
This edition was the perfect opportunity to unveil three new extracts that enrich our range and open up new aromatic possibilities for professionals:
Cardamom extract: an intense and fresh aromatic signature, ideal for adding a spicy and elegant touch to your creations.
Cinnamon extract: warm and enveloping, it reveals the full depth of this iconic spice, perfect for both pastry and chocolate making.
Almond extract: sweet, smooth, and indulgent, perfect for enhancing creams, biscuits, and cake batters.
These new extracts have been designed to meet the demands of chefs: aromatic precision, consistency, and ease of use, while respecting the authenticity of the raw materials.

Throughout the show, our booth buzzed with activity, hosting tastings and demonstrations led by our chef, Baptiste Garcia, as well as our ambassador chef, Marike Van Beurden, and chef Alessandro Tiscione.
Their talent and creativity showcased the full potential of our products through recipes that were as inspiring as they were delicious.
