Artisans can use the extract along with almond paste or powder to intensify their creations’ personality and depth of flavour.

Directions for use :
For use in all types of applications, sweet and savoury, hot and cold: ice creams, pastry creams and custards, mousses, sponge cake, biscuits, fruit preparations, chocolate ganaches, sauces, etc.
Recommended dosage: 20g/kg dough, 30 and 40g in bakery products.
Shake well before use.
Directions for storage :
Store at room temperature in a cool, dark place.
