From April 21 to 24, the Prova Gourmet teams attended the FHA Food & Hospitality Asia exhibition in Singapore. This edition was doubly special: it served as a landmark trade show in the Asia-Pacific region, while also providing the perfect opportunity to celebrate eight decades of history, heritage, and expertise alongside key players in the region.




FHA offered a great opportunity to connect with numerous industry professionals and showcase our latest innovations.
It was the ideal venue to introduce our new range of extracts - Cardamom, Cinnamon and Almond - highly awaited aromatic profiles that enhance our core collection.
To mark the occasion, our chefs Baptiste Garcia and Tristan Rousselot showcased these new products through an exclusive collection of trompe-l'œil creations.

This 48th edition of FHA Singapore coincided with the celebration of the company's 80th anniversary.
To mark this milestone, we gathered our regional distributors and partners for an exclusive evening event.
It was the perfect opportunity to thank them for their commitment and strengthen the relationships of trust we share with those who promote our expertise every day.
