The IBIE 2025 – International Baking Industry Exposition in Las Vegas has come to a close after several vibrant days filled with indulgence, innovation, and collaboration.

As one of the most important international events for the bakery and pastry industry, IBIE was the perfect opportunity to highlight our universe, showcase our expertise, and share our passion for flavor with professionals from around the world.

At our booth, visitors had the chance to discover and taste several exclusive creations crafted by our brand ambassador, Romain Dufour:

a Cocoa & Pistachio Babka,

a Twisted Vanilla Croissant,

and other viennoiseries featuring intense aromatic notes and perfectly mastered textures.
