An Exceptional Demonstration at the Heart of Culinary Education
On April 10th, our pastry chef Tristan Rousselot had the honor of leading an exclusive masterclass at Ferrandi Paris, with students from the international program. It was a day full of creativity, expertise, and sharing — values that lie at the heart of PROVA Gourmet.
Pastry Creations Highlighting Our Signature Products
During the demonstration, four original creations were crafted to showcase our flagship products:
Caviani, Heart of the Pod
Les Perles, a Burst of Flavor
And our new Natural Cocoa Flavor, a gourmet innovation with intense roasted and powdery notes.
Each creation was designed to enhance our products while demonstrating modern pastry techniques for the students.
