Last March, PROVA Gourmet took a major step forward in expanding its presence in Asia, and more specifically in the South Korean market, by organizing a series of pastry demonstrations in three major cities across the country: Yongin, Seoul, and Busan.
For this special occasion, our Pastry Chef Tristan Rousselot traveled to South Korea to share his artisanal expertise and introduce the gourmet universe of PROVA Gourmet to an audience of passionate professionals.
