Originally from Romania, she is a dedicated pastry chef trained by some of the greatest names on the international pastry scene: Antonio Bachour, Amaury Guichon, and Richard Hawke.
She embodies a generous, authentic pastry, always driven by the pursuit of emotion.
Today, she holds the position of Head Pastry Chef Coordinator at the ICEP Hotel School, where she shares her expertise, inspires, and guides young talents at the beginning of their professional journey.
In 2024, she was honored with the award for Best Pastry Chef Instructor in Romania, recognizing her outstanding commitment and teaching excellence.
