For the occasion, Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier, once again elevated our products — showcasing not only our vanillas but also our new extracts, with a particular focus on cardamom, through a series of stunning creations, several of them signature pieces.

The Sublime Vanilla — with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla powder and Tahiti and Papua New Guinea vanilla beans

The Vanilla Éclat — enhanced by our powders, Caviani and our Papua New Guinea vanilla beans

The Chocolate Tourbillon — with vanilla extract and Tahiti vanilla beans

The Tiramisu — reimagined with Colombian coffee extract, traditional caramel, and Madagascar and Papua New Guinea vanilla beans

The Vanilla Cake — combining vanilla sugar, Caviani with Papua New Guinea vanilla beans

The Peach, Blueberry and Cardamom Charlotte — with cardamom extract

From individual desserts to entremets and travel pastries, these creations illustrated the versatility of our range and the wealth of recipes it makes possible.
