INTENSITY AND BALANCE
Intense flavouring with powdery vanilla, woody and anisic notes. Easy to mesure out, it can be directly poured into preparations.

For your applications, sweet and savoury, cold or hot: ice creams, custards, mousses, frostings and toppings, cookies, fruit preparations, chocolate ganache...
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 20g/kg dough.
